OUR PROCESS

PROPOSAL

initial consultation

A private consultation call over Zoom with Brittany, our lead designer. She will use your descriptions, event details, venue, and inspiration, to walk you through styling options and ideas to create a custom design for your event.

After your call, we'll put together a personalized florals proposal to suit the needs of your event. This will include total package pricing with delivery, setup, rentals, and cleanup. We offer e-sign contracts as well as online payments, so booking your date is easy to complete from your phone.

Upon booking your date, we will begin creation of your digital style board. This will be used by our team in sourcing florals and creating your designs. We've also heard how helpful these design boards are for our clients to use with other vendors in their wedding planning team.

DESIGN MEETINGS

You will continue to have access to our calendar to meet online (usually over Zoom video conferencing) to go over any details or additions as you continue on in your planning process. If you need to make changes or additions to your initial proposal, we aim to have those dialed in by the 8 week-to-wedding mark.

Frequently asked questions

how long does the process take?

That depends on you! With a prompt turnaround time for design and self-serve online scheduling, we typically book our clients within 3-5 days from their initial consultation. 

What if i need to add on?

Never fear! Once you've booked your date, we will gladly add on up to six weeks prior to your event date.

Do you do elopements?

We do offer a la carte services upon availability for micro weddings and elopements. Pricing begins at $1200 and will be customized to the needs of your event. Inquire to see our availability for your date.

What about corporate events?

We love making remarkable corporate events! Bring us your theme and we would love to make it memorable.

When should we book our flowers?

Most brides tend to book their florals 12 months in advance. We recommend you inquire about your date as soon as you've booked your venue. 

Do you have a physical shop?

As a design studio focused on weddings and events, we don't have a storefront. This keeps our attention focused on our couples, and not the typical holiday rush experienced by most shops.
